Customers
Credits are prepaid, non-transferable, and used to purchase seeding time on serverseeders.com. When you order a seed package, its maximum cost is held from your balance. Your seeders join together for a fixed window starting at a set time. You're charged only for seeders we verify, and unfilled or unverified seats are returned to your balance. If your server reaches full capacity during the window, the seed is complete, and seeders on the server at that moment are charged for the full window.
You must own or be authorized to administer any server you submit, and seeding must be allowed under that game's and host's rules.
Seeders (contractors)
Seeders are independent contractors, not employees. Each job has a synchronized seed window that starts at a set time. Seeders seen for at least the required share of the window, or present when the server reaches full capacity, earn the full window. Otherwise earnings accrue per verified minute. Earnings are paid via PayPal once the payout threshold is met and an admin approves the request. Seeders are responsible for their own taxes. Fraud, including bots, alt or shared accounts, or cheating, forfeits earnings and results in removal.
Refunds
Unused credits may be refunded to the original payment method on request within 30 days of purchase. Contact support@serverseeders.com.
